I am farmer of Gujarat and purchased agriculture land from farmer whom i believe legal farmer (Actually he has illegally became farmer and some legal proceedings are against him. ) Now my sale entry is cancelled and land is transferred to original owner (land who actually sold to this illegal farmer).
is this entry is valid?
do i have any remedy in court of law?
