Agriculture rtc validity

Hi

My father has an agricultural land. Other than the RTC which is in his name, he does not have mutation document. I have few queries

1) Is RTC document enough to prove the owenership of the land?

2) Just with the RTC can one get an injuction on the land  if relative  has been taking care of the land as a caretaker and is not stopping the agriculture activity inspite of objection to stop.

What are the legal options to ensure the agriculture activities are stopped by the relative.

Thank you

Rajendra

RTC is primary revenue document it shows who is holding and cultivating the land.

Mutation is a document which record all changes of ownership transfer.

Better you should have all the revenue documents including tax paid receipts, survey records and other antecendent documents of title under which your father acquired the ownership.

First instance send a legal notice then file a police complaint and approch the civil court and get the restraining order from the court and prove the title with possession.
