I am dealing with a case, where a private educational institution has been denied approval of AICTE, approval was there for the first few years but, suddenly in the last year, the approval was denied. I wish to file a writ pretition, please if you can then post, relevant cases to support my case.

The ifirst approval must have been conditional and there must have been non compliance on the part of the Institution in fulfilling those rquirements, to qualify for continuation. Please highlight the matter accordingly, for specific reply.
