I am part of a small company which had recently moved to a different location and followed the process of submitting the details about the movement beforehand as mentioned by Airtel. The time to shift the service was 3 days and now it's more than 10 days and despite calling several times and issue been escalated we are not provided any relief. Employees work is getting affected and we have incurred cost as they are unable to work. When we call the airtel folks they say that it will be moved today but they have taken no action so far. This issue has become a pain now. Can anyone suggest what can we do for Airtel to compensate us for this loss and resolve this issue?
