Hello I have to pay alimony of 10 lac to my wife. But I dont have that much balance in my bank account. so my quetion is
1. Can my parents and grandmother(Nani) pay alimony to wife through demand draft.
2.if yes, Do i need to do legal formality.

No problem.
Anyone may pay. Get clear receipt that your wife received it as alimony on your behalf paid by X.
Show as temp loan .

Yes they can pay, but acknowledgement is necessary from your wife that she has received alimony amount from so and so on behalf of you(husband)

If case is pending in the court, then it is better to deposit in the court

If I deposit that amount into court at the time of first motion, which will be paid to my wife at the time of second motion by court, then do i need to take acknowledgement from wife that she has received alimony from husband.

Deposit money in the court at the time of second motion is better option which your spouse can withdraw after final order of the court.
