Alimony - property gifted to parents

If husband has gifted one  self acquired property to parents for their old age support, from amogst 4 others properties which are on his name, can wife lay a claim on the property gifted by the husband to his 75 + parents - property market value around 85 Lakhs ? Lease rental from the same propert is utilized to pay husbands primary residence loan EMI to the bank.  (Parents are 70 plus, cardiac patients with saviings of less than 25 lakhs between them).

Wife has no legal right to claim any property of husband during his lifetime and not even at the time of divorce whether the husband keeps the property with him or transfer it to his parents. This is India and in Indian law wife doesn't have right to seek claim any share in the property of the husband during his lifetime her claim for share is only after his death and that too if he died intestate namely without making a Will with regard to his property. You guys read too much about Western matrimonial laws where community property sharing between couples exists.

No, Mr. Vijay, No wife can claim her husband's property and she doesn't even raise the claim for any use of it by him.
