Kapil Saheb in his reply says that in world the population of Women is 50% but the property she held is only 2%. So, I brought this amendment to fullfil 98% women to acquire property via Husbands hard earned money.

Ohhhh Kapil uncle you are making amendment for Indian Laws or for International Laws that your considering whole World's population. Second thing what you want to say that women don't have rights in their ancestoral property.If yes then plz refresh your legal knowledge before making any laws. Again he says that this law is gender neutral---As men will also have share from his wife through 25 HMA.
