1. whether a Direct recruitment post is converted to DPC post for promotion in a central government attached office.
2. what is the seniority position of employees selected through Staff Selection Commission and posted at different regional level posts?
3. is there any provision for transfer of post from one region to another region within same department?
4. is there any chance for having different rules for different regions in a central government attached office regarding conversion of DPC post to Direct recruitment post?
