Amalagamation of post dopt rules

It is felt that;

-you have compiled many documents. Relate the information supplied with the information sought, and conclude the pendencies.

- it has been pointed out/commented that information sought by you is not clear.

Now you may submit pointed, clear, specific queries and demand specific information and reply.

Let the PIO/CPIO etc give specifc or vague replies, if they wish.

Was your designation of "Hindi Translator" ever declared surplus?

Did the company ever circulate that the designation has been declared surplus to the commission and sought permission to absorb them in new position?

Did the company ever circulate to “Hindi Translators” to join at new position?

Did the management and union ever sign any MOU etc?

Who applied to whom to avail permission to  redesignate the highly technical position of “Hindi Translators” to assistant, and afterwards who shall do the work of translation? Who has granted permission? Was it a board decision and was it ever circulated to personnel/HR/admin to conduct the process of redesignation? Who has issued the circulars/letters/orders of redesignation to Hindi Translators? Whose permission was mandatory to redesignate and has this permission been ever sought and granted?
