sir, i am working in an autonomous body under one of the ministry's of govt.of india for the past 20 years. this organisation has implemented a new recruitment,promotion, seniority regulation, w.e.f. 20.1.2011. As per this new RSP regulation, the qualification criteria is not met by me for the current post held by me as well as for the next higher posts (promotional posts). The new RSP regulation has adversely affected people like me. Is it possible to challenge this in court? is there any such cases in the past? kindly advise.
