Amendment in rcr reply petition

hi all,

my reply to wifes rcr petition was filed last month, and hma 24 order was also passed in the RCR case, but after the RCR was filed by her, she had filed 125 and dV too on me. this was not mentioned in RCR reply.

after two dates of rcr have passed, i realised this, i want to amend the RCR reply, can i do it now, or is it too late to amend the reply. if yes, then what else can be done? any alternative?

thanks and awaiting your kind replies

Order of events should be noted in your mind.  You can withdraw your reply to her RCR petition until the day evidence does not happen and keep adding new stories every time.

But it does not give a good picture to your case.  Just like you write your paper, submit your paper to invigilator in exam hall, and then tell sir sir, I forgot to add one thing that thing  this thing, it wont look nice right.

But answer is, you can keep making changes to your reply/any petition but not more than once.  Once you can withdraw and file fresh one.  But not more than that.
