Amendment in the factual mistake committed during filing

Is it possible to to ammend if lawyer has misunderstood some facts while filing a case. as notices has been issued.

can some facts can be rectify while filing replication?

You can make amendment in plaint after issue of notice. Advocate mistake is one the ground for making amendment in plaint.
