Hi,
I have purchased a flat in pune which comes under PCMC.
Purchased Flat is not constructed as per sanction plan (Blue Print).
Builder has done construction on terrace area.
I asked builder , he says , he will sanctioned this construction after completion of building to pay some penalty amount to authorized body.
I did agreement , In agreement he has mentioned new layout plan.
Kindly advice me , should i really to builder, he will approve the new plan?
Is there any legal process for sanctioned this type of change?
