I am a builder and constructed a building. Flats handed over to the consumer. Society is formed. All amenities as promised in the brochure was delivered.
Now the some of the flat owners has made a complaint before the NCDRC for amenities. They are saying that as promised by the builder, the builder has not provided any amenities.
Kindly provide me a case law on it.
