Ancesteral property

My mother's father, settled his self acquired property during his life time in favour of my mother. My mother has 2 sons and one daughter. My mother now wants to settle the  entire property only  in my favour (daughter).

1. Whether she has to obtain no-objection from my brothers(her two sons)

2. Or can she sell the property to me?

3. Or can she sell it to  her son-in-law?

4. Is it now termed as ancesteral property?

5. Whether my brothers have right in the said property?
