Ancestor property

We have some ancestor property. Some part of the property is already acquired by my father’s brothers. Remaining some left to us. Now the land is not equally divided and they are not agreeing for changing the ownership. My father eldest son and grandfather is no more. What will be the solution for this? We need to change ownership urgently.

Try to agree at some family settlement or else file suit for partition.

If your father and his brothes/seisters agree for a mutual partition, drat one, get it registered on individuals' name after which your father can apply for mutuation of revenue records, if this do not work, the best alternative is to file a partition suit claiming his share and separate possession of the same.
