Ancestor propery

Hello,

My grandhmother has mortegaged her share of land in 1998 to my uncles wife without her sons and daughters notice.

After couple of years my aunt started selling my grandmother share of land without her/family notice. Is this sale valid ?

Can my Aunt sell the morteged (registered Mortegage) land to anyone ?

Thanks in Advance,

No, she has no authority to sell even a small of property to any person.  It will be invalid.  You can claim your property by filing civil suit and you can also file a criminal case.

Important for U to understand that that one makes MORTGAGE the ownership in property is not transferred. Ur anunt does not become owner and she CANNOT SELL mortaged land. It is illegals.
