Ancestoral agricultural land

The ancestoral property ( agri land)  has not been partitioned between four brothers, but the revenue records

(patta -Tamilnadu) is transferred not equally between the four brothers. The sons and the daughters of the four brothers need partition either equallly by area or by value. Please provide advice for the partition without a court proceeding.

All your brothers and sisters can execute a partition deed and all of them shared the said landed property equally and submit a  copy of the said partition deed along with an application to the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer, for incorporating  your names and extents (individual shares) in revenue records. After receipt of the said application, the revenue authorities in turn incorporating your names along with share of extent in their revenue records and further issued necessary certificates/documents in  your favour. There is a procedure in this regard. No problem. Here, the "partition deed" need not be required a compulsory registration.
