My grand father had 2 sons and 1 daughter in 1974 the property has been divided bitween sons. My Father having 4 daughters and 2 sons. He expired in 1990 and writen a will stating giving property to daughters (As sons not treated him properly).My mother is still alive staying with grand sons.
One of my sister has filed case for division of property in court. The court has given Decree awared for 7 partisions in the year of 2005 which included his wife (4-daughters,2-sons,1-Wife).It was declared 7 years back.
Division of property::
1.Shop +Lodge
2.Shop + house
3.Land
How will the property gets divided as both brothers occupied and enjoying the property.
1.As per the court law how will the division takes place ?
2. Ameen has visited the property and evualation is present in the court ?
3. From the time of Decree what is the next step need to be taken ?
4.What is the valid time period of decree ?
5.Can I file a case for my share of property in the court while the case is still running by my elder sister ?
