Ancestors property related

Hi,

I am thankful that lawyers club have provided a forum for a coman man's question.

Coming to the point:

We recently understood that my maternal uncle (Mama) has first illegaly transfer ancestor's property on his own name in 2005-06 from his father's name & now he has given same property for constructing new building without taking permission or concent from my mother.

So, now what I should do to get stay order on running construction..? Pls guide.
