My grandfather had agricultural land in Hisar. He died in 1979. Legal heirs were My
grandmother, My Father, His 4 sisters. My father died in 2007. I proceeded with getting
our names listed in Intkal. Names listed were of my 4 aunts and me with my 2 sisters
(Since father was dead). Names came in jamabandi. Then one aunt transferred her rights to
other aunt. My sisters and rest 2 aunts transferred their rights to me in court. New
jamabandi shows 2 names i.e. my name & one aunts name.
Can her name be removed from jamabandi since after new ruling by supreme court in 2015
says that females whose father expired before 2005 is not entitled for part in ancestral
agricultural property. How ?
