Dear Sir,
I am 48 years old.My Father had 2 properties ane one of the property was sold by my brother .This property was belonging to my father since 1970.Now my brother gave me 1 lac via cheque and took a NOC on revenue stamp of rs 1...he told he got very less money and didnt disclose the amount so i took the same this was done in 1990.
Now he sold one more property and got huge money.this property was sold via sale deed and he took on oath that he has no sister and his mother has no daughter.he made 5 properties and a hotel for the ancestral property and he has never gone to job as he got rent income also and FD income also.now when came to know the same i demanded more money...he said all money is mine go to court...
