Ancestral property

A person's wife gets a plot of land from his father in law in the heart of the town. The man himself earned many properties(land) in the town some of which were given to two daughters in their marriage. He had three sons. Two sons got father earned land.Third son got the mother's plot of land, where he is living with his family. This person has two sons and a daughter. They have disputes in family. He often threats his sons(his married daughter live with him with her two kids.) to make WILL to deprive his sons. Now can he WILL this property where his sons has made new buildings?I have heard ancestral property can be Willed?(he did not get any father's self earned property?)

Please advice.Thanks in advance.

B is A's wife. She being her father's only ward got a plot of land in the heart of the city.

A himself earned lots of plots. He has five children.

P,Q R,S,T among whom two are daughters. They got father's self earned plots in their marriage.Other two sons also got father earned plots during partition among three brothers. The third son got the plot which was his maternal grandfather during partition.

.Say this third son is P.p has three wards.Among them dispute is there as married daughter of him is living with them with her two kids. Now P threatens his two sons that the will deprive his two sons from that property by making Will.

Now my question is that is the father able to WILL that property?

Please reply soon.
