Ancestral property noc

Hi, My parents have ancestral properties from their respective parents. Both of them are living well and good. My only sister got married on 2011 and on 2012 my mother transferred 2 properties to my sister as share for her. but we haven't got any freedom deed for rest of the property from my sister. Both the properties given to her are earned by my father's own.

Now does she have rights on all the properties in my parents name? (Father's and mother's ancestral and father's own earned). Should we get freedom for each individual property to be mentioned in the freedom deed or 1 common freedom deed as no claim in future on any property is enough??

She has right on fathers line ancestral property only not on mother's side by birth.mothers and father's self earned no one has right over it if they die intestate then all of you get equal share.your sister may claim in future for remaining property .try to settle with settle ment or thru release deed.
