Ancestral property's dispute

Hi, My Grandfather have 3 sone and 1 daugther. all are 35+ years in age.Daugther is married and happy in her own life. Now my grandfather is planning to transfer/give his all assets to my Elder Uncle (Second son).Grandfather have both Ancestral as well as some property which he brougt from X party. Being a elder child my father have arranged all the money to buy that property from his service pension and took loan on his PF. Now property is owned by my Grandfather .

Property = Agricultural Land and our home where we are staying.

Now my grandfather is not willing to give any penny i.e ancestaral propery + home + land that he brougt with the help of my father to any one except my Elder Uncle(Second Son)

Due to this my father got Hypertention (High BP).

Can you please suggest me what my Father(Elder Chield) and younger uncle (last sone) can do to get the equal share in all the property?

Can my grandfather transfer all the property my my Elder uncle(Second Son)?

Is there a way by which we can stop him to trasnfer the property to only one son?

Please reply as I am stuck and not sure how I can do justice to my Father and Younger Uncle.

You help on this will be highly appriciated.

Thanks you.

self acquired property can become ancestral property if it is thrown into the pool of ancestral properties and enjoyed in common.

Your father can claim his share in the ancestral property but as far is self aquired one is concerned though your father might have contributed in the purchase of it he cant claim any right over it
