My mother's brother sold the property without giving me anything.
I sent a legal notice to the buyer and my mama.
My mama says take your share from the buyer, not me as I sold my share only.
In these circumstances what Legal action can I take on the buyer to remove him from there if he does not pay me.
For the other ancestral properties, do I have any option other than a partition suit.
