sir,
my father were 9 children of my grand-father at lal dora in delhi.now what is the process after my fathers death to register property share in our name. (we are 4 siblings and my mother.)
pls guide.my father died before 2000.
now we are worried as  it is heard by us that our uncle has sold some of property without our knowledge, is it possible that without taking NOC from my mother, he can sold it.
what if through power of attorney he has sold our portition also.
what are remedies available to my mother as she is an illiterate lady, and we just came to know about that one week earlier.

the only remedy is to approach the parties through court by filing a civil case for cancellation of sale deed and for restraining the purchasing party from constructing... if the possessinon is already delivered. it is a long process but u can definitely get ur land back if u be able to prove ur point before the hon'ble court.
