Ancestral property with a will to transfer to grand child

Hi All,

My Grandfather had bought a residential property in 1972 on his name.

He made a document, before his death, stating that the property belongs to his grandchild (Me,minor at that time) and will be taken care by the grandchild's mother (My Mother) till his major.

The property was later transfered to the the grandchild's father (My Father, Currently on Father's name).

Now in this case do my aunt's (Dad's sisters) have any right to claim in this property?

Thanks and Appreciate your help here.

Hatz,

The answer to your query depends on two additional questions:

1) What was your age when the property was transferred to your Father's name ?

2) Why was the property transferred to your fathers name when it was given to you by your grandfather ? Was there an issue with the will ? (Will not registered etc) ?
