Ancestrol property

Hello,

My great grand father has 3 children, my grand father, a brother and a sister.

My question is

1) does my grandfathers sister has a right in the ancestral property?

My grand father has 3 sons and 2 daugters.

1) how is the ancestral property shared among his 5 children? does the daughter has the right to claim ancestral property?

thank you for the reply

If your great father has died without any will all the legal heirs have equal share in the property, first the share will be divided among the son and daughter equally and from there whatever share you father get from that share the proportion of your share will be determined.
