my father(SC) has been intentionally trapped in a ACB case in the year june 2013, by some local people for 1000rs which is not even given to hand and intentionally planned for weeks for this, as he is not cooperating for few things.
he got bail in 20 days and fought in court for the job and got it in Oct 2014. At that time he already served as senior assistant in revenue for 9 years and gonna be promoted but due to this it got stopped. We don't have any assets expect for a home which were still paying loan emi. In 2019 Ap high court gave green signal for a promotion but district collector dismissed it as it is in ACB case. Again my father got a new GO for the promotion but again now they dismissed the request saying the same. But same promotion is being given to people who took 50,000 to 5 lakhs as bribe and and already got two promotions.
People at the collectorate are doing this intentionally as my father is an SC. He still have 4 years of service. He's been as a senior assistant since 20 years even though he's eligible for all the promotions he's not being given.
please i need some guidance on how this can be tackled. He's going to depression with all these things. Pleas
