My annual increment is due in every February.
I got promotion in July and pay fixes in higher scale with one increment.
Annual increment was given in February like other years. But from May company stopped.the last increment with retrospective effect,deducting increment from February.
Please advise about the company's decision. I would approach my company based on your guidence.
