Dear Sir,
I have been married for near about 2 months but my wife told me on 4 th day of marriage that she is been forced in to marriage & she will try to cop up with things if possible or will drop this relation, since then she has been behaving like a stranger with me & in 2 months she is almost stayed for over a month with her mother & few days back because of some quarrel between us she is now staying with her mother & dose not want to come back to me & also she has deserted me.
Please advise whether in this case can i file for 'Annulment Of Marriage' as of now we both want to get rid of this relationship. Alos please advise how much will it take for 'Annulment Of Marriage' & what would be the cost for the same.
