Annulment u/s 25(iii) of sma 1954

Dear friends,

I had an Annulment and the petition was decided in 2009.
Petition u/s 25(iii) of SMA 1954 for Annulling the so called marriage by decree of Nullity.

The Petition was allowed and the registered marriage was declared Null and Void.
I've stayed single henceforth.

If I decide on registration of marriage now, shall I choose 'Unmarried' in the registration form?
The 3 available options are:
1) Unmarried
2) Widower
3) Divorcee

Is my status 'Unmarried' since the previous registration was declared 'Null and Void' by court order?

Thank you
S.Kumar
