Even despite media being sensitive(read forced and you know by who ) not to publish crime reports where woman are accused you we are getting reports on daily basis that how Indian Nari has got equality or probably surpassed Men, in criminal wrongdoings.
For sure accused woman in this case will get favorable treatment. She will be chargsheeted with lesser number of IPC codes and thus her chances of escaping punishment will be much higher.
The same favorable treatment is metted out is domestic vioilence , dowry and many other situations.

Woman, lover held for dentist husband's murder

Ghaziabad: A woman along with her paramour was arrested here on Sunday for allegedly getting her dentist husband killed, police said.
Mubarak, a Meerut-based dentist, was allegedly kidnapped on the night of May 23 and his body was found near the jungles of Newari area in Ghaziabad the next day.
"The dentist was killed by hired killers and his body was thrown in Painga village under Niwari police station," Raghubir Lal, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) said.
Shaina, wife of the dentist, her paramour Wasid and one more person were arrested for killing Mubarak, Lal said.
On May 23 this month, Mubarak had come to Modinagar town to attend a marriage function and this information was leaked by his wife to Wasid, the SSP said, adding that the dentist was also carrying some cash as he borrowed the money from a local here.
Wasid managed to reach the town and took a lift in Mubarak's car as he was known to him and later with the help of his three accomplices, he got the dentist killed, the SSP said.
The supari was given for a mere Rs. 10,000 only, the police said.
Police also recovered the car of Mubarak.
