there is no provision for AB in UP but you can get stay of Arrest where you will get interim bail and the case will be referred for mediation and if the mediation is succesfull case will be quashed but if it fails than court will hear your final bail application.

No proof is entertained for FIR quash...as the judge bases the entire quash on the complaint in the FIR You can however, add evidences anyways...just in case the judge might be in a good mood and see it..

It is mockery of the judicial system that the justice is dependent on mood of the judge.
