Anticipatary bail

Hello everyone, My wife left me and went back to India after accusing me that I am cheating on her. Now she wants to take revenge on my whole family in India by filing cheating and dowry harassment cases on them. That my family knows about my pre martial and extra marital affairs and still cheated her family with this marriage. First of all I don't have extra marital affairs. She also accused me that I am not a virgin before the marriage. Can my family apply for anticipatory bail to defend themselves against dowry harassment case? And how long will it take to obtain it?
