I ave filed a RCR application during July-11 and i have come to know that my wife is planning to file 498 A Against me and my old parents.Pls. suggest me following,URGENTLY;
1-Preacutions i shoud take to have minimum damage.I am a govt. servant.
2-In Uttarakhand and UP the procedure to avail ANTICIPATORY BAIL
please guide me on URGENT Basis as police can come to my plae any day and we are frightened..Help please.
