Anticipatorry bail (ab) with nbw

Hello,

I live abroad, A1 with NBW. A[last] and A[last-1] are abroad with no NBW.
No chargesheet yet. case is at a Village in Andhra Paradesh.

Lower court lawyer says that to get AB & NBW revoke for me (A1), I have to go High court.

For A[last] and A[last-1], I can do at the lower court.

My knowledge is that I even I (A1) with NBW can apply for AB and NBW revoke  in lower court.

If lower court, dismisses, then go to Session followed by High court.

Please provide your comments.
