We got anticipatory bail in 498A case from Patna session court. I've few questions on it:
1. Is there any bail bond or amount to be paid?
2. How much amount is generally asked for the relatives of the main accused?
3. Is it something which has to be paid person wise?
4. Do we need to be present for this?
5. My husband is in US who's the brother of main accused. Can the court ask him to come to India for this?

@ Pooja,
1. I fail to understand need to ask us when you yourself say “we have got got AB from Patna Sessions Court” ? All these questions your Advocate could reply as “you say you already got AB” There is no point double checking from colly. Advocates about yoru advocates now is my view. However tell us reply that you got on your 5 questions from your advocate to see if there is "professional misconduct" otherwise also these questions yoru advocates should reply since the matter is not pending but already over with ! This forum should not be used with a tendency to 'docuble check' what your advocate alredy did or not did and or was that right or wrong is my view.
