Anticipatory bail in 420

There is a criminal case filed under ipc section 420 470 34 where one accused was in custody but he got bail but the other accused is yet to be arrested and the third accused was a juvenile during the said incident The first accused has given in writing that he is solely responsible for the crime So would we get anticipatory bail for the other two? Please help its an emergency
