Any 498a victim from ranchi?

Hi Everyone,

Help required for fighting false 498a,125 etc in Ranchi. Also please answer the following queries (if anyone)

1. In case of 498a, heard husband is surely booked atleast for 3 months in Ranchi's Hotwar Jail irrespective of anything? is it correct?

2. Husband is from South Ex (delhi) and girl from Ranchi. Husband has not even once visited Ranchi, can this be used to quash the case in HC (wrong juridiction basis)?

3. Any good lawyer reference over there?
