Does anyone has any citations on divorce granted for attempting suicide OR having suicidal tendency ? I finally found a hardcore evidence which she has admitted that she had tried to attempt suicide two times. Its a complaint which she had written to her maiden place police station and it is written in her own handwritting duly signed by herself.
Just for your info., I had approached the family court for divorce due to her suicidal tendencies just for no particular reason at all. I have her 2-3 sms where she had admitted that she had tried to commit suicide twice, but i guess, now her complaint which she had submitted to the police station will solve most of my issues.
