i am a member of a housing society which have 30 members. 5 are in managing commeety including chairman secretry tresuerur and 2 managing commity members.
the managing commity do what they like and what they want.does not take any sgm or simple meetings to take openion from other members.by giving some favour to few members they have keep those few members in their side.
i wanted to know..is their any provision to stop their power to take decisions without taking openion from other members?is their money limit decided in bylaws over which if the expence goes then MC has to call a meeting with members and ask them what to do..
