Any Fees For FSL branch?

after the satisfaction of the court that the evidance led by the accused (which is not the part of chargesheetby the investigation agency/police filed ) is relevent one and can help the court to find the way to deliver the justice, court may allow the application with the direction that cost shall be bear by the accused/party.

Sir, The Prosecutix has submitted some evidences in court on which court has directed it to send to FSL. Now, FSL report is yet to be made. So, Accused should also have to submit some amount in the name of FSL to get the report?

If the evidence sent by the court, there is no fees accused have to pay.
