Dear Experts,
I am looking for any judgement or decree where wife manages to make the courts believe that she is innocent and was able to dismiss the husband's divorce petion [that is based on cruelty grounds 13 (1) (i (ia)].
Please share the judgement copies or any link.
In case the husband cannot live with the cruel wife, what are his options to pursue divorce from his wife?
