I can sense that being a professor, you must be liking theoretical terms as it gives your immense pleasure and appreciation from students... Might be some credibility of the university goes up due to you. Appreciation from student is easy to achieve as it does not require much determination to turn any milestone of your life. I mean no disrespect but I am keen to understand, what's the significance of those appreciations which you have received so far? What's best value it had serve to any mankind?
May be doctorate degree would be giving you utmost happiness that you know all the sections of borrowed constitution from Britishers.... Those piglet were never aware-off that what they're framing until it had not come into lime-light after certain years.... Countries which were way backwards than India were able to come as strong as business-hub but situation of India remained the same, and even worst...
Having a highest degree in law does not teach you any law! Those who had gone through the pain of blind-folded law can teach you actual law in a much better way... Those who had suffered knows what should be right NOT "what is right";
What law-abiding citizen means in India is a completely different story - We abide law when we pay the bribe to cops who does not want to know what is in our law... For them, law is some order from DSP which will come down to ACP and then to three-star ranking cop and then two-star ranking cop... and same would be followed forever and ever...! We pay them to keep our dead constitution alive!
4.5 million men have committed suicide under 498A and those who had left, has no family to trace back but still NCW is calling-out for more games in the name of woman... When NCW is doing woman body-shopping none of doctorate degree holder comes forward to stop them; but when a person come in public comes forward to teach them a lesson, there comes a "Professor with Big Doctorate Degree”...
When Supreme Court defines a section as "Legal Terrorism", "Professor with a Big Doctorate Degree” proudly teach it thrice a week in his class but never dare to counter the same law... Your point of saying that provoking someone for suicide is a crime so how about Legal Terrorism doctor? Have you not come across the same in your book?
When law amendment is being proposed which could ruin down the families then "Professor with a Big Doctorate Degree" sit down in a chamber with legs spreading over the table saying, it's pathetic! But when someone comes with a die-hard solution to encounter this problem then this doctor's mind boggles!
When lawyers of both the sides play the role of joker in lower/session/high court then this "Professor with a Doctorate Degree" does not wake-up his senses to teach them a lesson to fight their case ethically... Where were your ethical and moral lessons then?
In theory – "Law & Order" manage this country but in reality "Law & Order" is fully managed by Indian citizens... Who has the power is only lawful and right... May be in your books of Laws, this theory does not fit... So, better keep saying what's written over the book please do not suggest someone that what is right! When you have not done this so far then please don't do it now...!
