Now anyone saying a Indian Wife gets half the property of her husband at the time of divorce in India being granted by Indian court is misinformed. All the guys who talk of equatable distribution of property of husband/wife at the time of divorce confuse the Indian law with US or any other foreign country's law, as in India no such equatable distribution of individual property of husband/wife exist unless it was jointly owned property,lets not confuse it and misguide general public with such wrong information. 

First go to nearest Family Lawyer, take the advice and give a notice. If the properties are not under your name, they can't take it.

See what can be mediated through....The Court will decide it..Remember Indian law it takes a long time to get the case solved unless it is a mutual consent divorce. (MCD).

Thank you all for the timely response, I would also like to know, My wife and her mother threten that would book me and my father under DV act and claim the rights to saty in the house owned by father and and we have to go out of the house, Please confirm if this can be executed by them, Also I got to know only after my marriage that she and her family members are all involved in many criminal activites like for example her father has 14 criminal cases rigstred against him, now they threten to show roudyzum if we do not comply with their orders,Kindly help Please.

First Go to a Lawyer whom you can trust and give a notice.

Once the notice is issued..they can't show roudyzum 

They may Threaten You, Do many such things..

My problem right now is very simple 1) Does she get to claim share in fathers self earned property showing my daughter as grand child to my father, or by anyother means AT ALL.

2) will get the custody my daughter who is 3 years old after divorce,

3) if not able to claim property share, she wants us to vecate the house which my father constucted, by using DV act is it realy possible for her to do so,

4) Can my father obtain a injection order that neither me nor she is to step into the house as it is his self earned.

All of the above pomts are said to be yes when I enquired with a local lawyer stating that I was a brother and my sister was undergoing trouble with her husband and wanted a divorce,

IS THERE A SINGLE PERSON WHO CAN GUIDE ME IN THIS REGARDS, THAT MAN OR WOMEN IS TRUE GOD FOR ME.
