Hi, my query is regarding AOA & RWA
And need suggestions as per Haryana - AOA Act or RWA Act
In my Gurgaon society there are two complex Beta & Gamma which builder created
Beta possession was taken over by residents 5yr back. They started handling maintenance themselves and created AOA with the name "Beta and Gamma Owners Association"
3yrs back builder created Gamma complex and kept its maintenance with another's agency ABC.
Now challenge is for common facilities as all over rules are being implemented by association. But Gamma owners are not aware of any such organization. Now they are having issues with the rules implemented by association.
So, need your guidance on this. How to tackle this association legally, which is being created with the name of Gamma owners and association is enjoying without permission of Gamma owners.
Also what action should residents of Gamma complex should take to break their monopoly.
