Hi,
I need an advise in how to deal with accounts related stagnation that's happening in our apartment association in Bangalore. Since 5 years we've been maintaining our accounts in some manner or other. Because of infights, ego battles and unsolved problems the accounts have never been audited. Particularly one individual has been bullying everyone and on some pretext or other preventing us from allowing an external expert in handling our accounts. Nothing has been moving since 5 years. Wanted to ask if I can force an action through some external agency. If there's pressure from outside at least people will come together and solve this problem. Which agency should I report the current situation to and what might be the implications of doing so (i.e. any adverse impact on the residents as a whole)?
