dear experts,

my case of 125 running exparte, about to be ordered, i wanted to ask, if i want to appeal againt the interim order, how much amount should i deposit before appealing in HC

should i deposit 100% amount ordered by lower court before appealing in high court

or should i deposit 50% amount before appealing in high court?

The amount to be deposited for appeal in High court will be decided by that court and accordingly you need to pay it before filing the appeal.

Your counsel can guide you properly.

The amount to be paid shall be directed by the High Court. ALso remember if the impugned porder has been passed by the family couyrt, then the remedy before you is to file a reviison and not an appeal as per the landmark judgement of Manish Aggarwal vs Seema Aggarwal by the Delhi High Court.
